agilerate leader – leadership put to the test

The requirements for leadership have changed significantly, especially in recent years. New desires regarding cooperation and the leadership of teams and employees are coming from all directions. Today, the latter expect to work in self-organised teams, to be able to use and maintain networks and to solve problems themselves, as we know it from agile working methods. This requires a different kind of leadership. It is not enough to impose a new mindset on managers and then expect them and their employees to independently adapt and innovatively drive the changes.


agilerate leader – supports your own development

With the agilerate leader program we support the development of managers. The principles of servant leadership, which describe value- and mindset-oriented leadership, play a major role here: With what mindset do I lead? Which image of man determines my behaviour? What values ​​are important to me and the organisation? The focus is on the "how" and less on the "what".


In a total of five modules, you will experience - embedded in a playful setting - which factors of the servant leadership principle are coherent and implementable for your leadership.

Content

Over a period of 17 weeks, we reflect, experiment, play, discuss and deepen the aspects of servant leadership for your everyday work in five modules.

  • personal positioning


You work out your own development plan, take the first steps towards implementation, evaluate (retrospective), refine and adapt.


During the entire time you have a peer with whom you can exchange ideas between the modules and reflect on other aspects. We support these learning partnerships with nuggets: impulses, perspectives and practical tips.


We have developed various games and interventions for the program, through which you gain insights and reflect on your everyday life. Together with input and reflections, you will work out your concrete options for action.

Procedure

With one face-to-face and several remote events, the program has a hybrid design. Our digital platform supports the exchange and motivates to stay tuned.


We offer agilerate Leader in German and English.


We run the agile leader program both in-house and openly.
